Our creams have unique absorption properties and are best applied to soft skin where blood flow is good (or after a shower and bath when the skin pores are open). The areas which are particularly good for applications are the inside of the arms and the inside of the thighs or any area that tends to “flush” indicate blood vessels are close to the surface. We advise to rotate the areas as it allows for rejuvenation of the receptor sites, thus obtaining optimal results.

Common side effects from using natural estrogens are breast tenderness and swelling, or fluid retention. Natural progesterone can cause lethargy or sleepiness. High doses of natural testosterone can cause unwanted hair growth, oily skin or acne, and deepening of the voice. All of these side effects are often dose-related and can be controlled by reducing your dose.
