FILLING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS
To order your prescription, please follow these simple steps:

Have the prescription faxed to the pharmacy at:

Phone the pharmacy at 6836 1323 to confirm arrival of the fax, inquire cost of prescription, discuss any allergies, and request your preferred flavours. |

Once payment has been arranged, the prescription will be prepared and completed within 48 hours. |

The medication must be collected at:
Specialist Compounding Pharmacy, #03-02, Camden Medical Centre. See Map |
| 05. |
As required by the regulatory authority, please bring along the original prescription to the pharmacy when collecting your medication. |
